What do you have for breakfast in the morning?

I usually have either eggs, bread and cheese or avocado. With coffee and oat milk. I love salty and warm breakfasts in the morning!

What is the first thing you do every morning to start your day the best way?

Before getting out of bed, I take a moment of silence to wake up, I don’t jump out of the bed right away. Then I like to make coffee and do a 10 minute meditation session.

What would you write on a billboard in the centre of your city?

Be the change you want to see in the world!
I think every person can make a difference. So if you feel there is a difference to make, do it yourself! You have no idea how much power one person has.

Do you have rituals that help you feel more confident with yourself?

I always write in a journal when I feel I have too many thoughts in my brain. I have had a journal since I was 13. It helps me to see things more clearly, especially when I feel I am lacking in confidence.

What comes to your mind when you think of the word ‘success’?

When you are happy with your life. It is not about the amount of money you make or how many riches you have. It is if you wake up in your life, feeling satisfied with what you do everyday.

If you were invited to speak at a conference and you didn't have to talk about your work, what would you talk about?

I would talk about the power of getting out of your comfort zone. Facing your fears and becoming the person that you never knew you could be. I think there is a lot of strength and resilience that comes from overcoming fears. It’s something I have been working on lately and I find it extremely liberating.

Is there anything you believe in that other people find crazy?

Astrology and Reincarnation. Before becoming a yoga teacher, I didn’t believe in things like this. Now, nothing could be truer.

What human characteristic most appeals to you?

Humility. I love meeting people who are not only amazing at what they do, but are humble enough to know that they are not better than anyone else, just different.

Three people you would invite for dinner if you had the chance and why.

My father, because I miss him so much and I would love to meet him again one day. My brother and mother, because I never get to see them! This answer is a bit boring. I know I would invite my family to dinner. Haha. But I have been living in Spain away from my family for almost a decade and I can’t think of other random people that I would like to spend time with.

Do you tend to choose courage or comfort?

Courage, for sure. I love testing my fears. Comfort is nice for when you are tired and need rest.

If you could change your job for a day, what would you become?

For just one day, maybe I would like to be one of these people who save marine animals. But I am extremely satisfied with my job as a yoga teacher.

Do you have any favourite podcasts? Which ones would you suggest?

Right now I am listening to an audiobook called “Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art” which is very interesting.

Describe your practice in three words.

Strong, mindful and fun.
