The training we do with Giorgia Faga is a mix of exercises that come from the repertoire of preparatory work for the mobility and flexibility of rhythmic gymnastics, contortionism, and acrobatics, all moderated by yogic breathing, by relaxation techniques typical of yoga practice that allows us to stretch the body without being strict with ourselves and obtaining results with gentleness and perseverance in practice.
