What do you have for breakfast in the morning?

I like to vary: overnight oat porridge, toasted bread with cottage cheese and seasonal fruit, yoghurt. When I have time I like to have a croissant and a cappuccino at the bar.

What is the first thing you do every morning to start your day the best way?

I make myself a matcha. It's a ritual that gives me a few minutes before starting anything.

What would you write on a billboard in the centre of your city?

"How are you today?"

Do you have rituals that help you feel more confident with yourself?

Moving a lot and exercising helps me feel strong and energised. One ritual I love is to spend time taking care of my skin.

What comes to your mind when you think of the word ‘success’?

A house in the middle of nature.

If you were invited to speak at a conference and you didn't have to talk about your work, what would you talk about?

I would dedicate my speech to wellness for modern times: the importance of balancing our lifestyle, how stress can affect our mind and body, and especially awareness about burnout and autoimmune diseases.

Is there anything you believe in that other people find crazy?

Living a nomadic life, always on the move.

What human characteristic most appeals to you?

The subtle art of empathy.

Three people you would invite for dinner if you had the chance and why.

Carl Jung, Alejandro Jodorowsky and Stanislav Grof - to thank them.

Do you tend to choose courage or comfort?

Both, there is no one without the other.

If you could change your job for a day, what would you become?

I would definitely work in a hybrid place between a bookshop and a yoga shala.

Do you have any favourite podcasts? Which ones would you suggest?

I admit: the world of postcasts is still unexplored for me, but I was very impressed by The Post's "Le Basi", about primary emotions, to understand how we function.

Describe your practice in three words.

Soft, holistic, introspective.
