She started doing competitive gymnastics as a child, then got into wakeboarding, acrobatics, circus and surfing! Following an injury and a difficult adolescence, she embarked on the path of yoga and thus found her direction, a way to return to herself and love herself deeply.
In her classes she combines Vinyasa flows, flexibility, strength, inversions and Yin Yoga.
All in a unique and creative way to explore every possibility of the body with respect, creativity and love.
