Viviana

ormer dancer between La Scala in Milan and John Neumeier's Academy in Hamburg, Yoga teacher, and Arts Manager. She is certified in India, with her feet in the sand and her head in the sunsets. Viviana loves walking barefoot, painting, and exploring movements, emotions, and feelings. With Viviana, we flow emotions and asanas, on the rhythm of music, breathing, and free meditation in movement. We learn to get rid of shyness and become aware of ourselves, our inner potential, our physique, and our spaces, and thanks to this we will feel more secure.

What do you have for breakfast in the morning?

I am not fond of breakfast, I usually drink ginger and lemon water, or deca coffee with rice milk, or centrifuged cucumber, green apple and celery. I have always been used to getting out of bed and putting on a bodysuit for the dance studio or a morning yoga outfit.

What is the first thing you do every morning to start your day the best way?

I take deep breaths, think about my day and the good things I want to do/achieve (sometimes I write them down while sipping my drinks - I'm a big fan of journaling -, then Intuitive Yoga (even just 10 minutes of free movement) and skincare routine (obsession).

What would you write on a billboard in the centre of your city?

Listen to your gut.

Do you have rituals that help you feel more confident with yourself?

Dancing, moving freely with my eyes closed, walking around the city with headphones in my ears (music blasting) at a brisk pace after a day that has brought me satisfaction, leaving suddenly on my own - last minute for weekends or days away from the city to discover new places.

What comes to your mind when you think of the word ‘success’?

Living the life I have always dreamed of with the people I love beside me.

If you were invited to speak at a conference and you didn't have to talk about your work, what would you talk about?

Something that makes you think about the meaning of all existence.

What human characteristic most appeals to you?

Empathy, introspection, curiosity.

Three people you would invite for dinner if you had the chance and why.

Lady Diana, Bill Gates, Gandhi. I am intrigued by the lives of these three people and I have many questions.

Do you tend to choose courage or comfort?

Courage - spontaneous, gut, intuitive choices.

If you could change your job for a day, what would you become?

A painter.

Do you have any favourite podcasts? Which ones would you suggest?

The slow home podcast, Juliet Allen.

Describe your practice in three words.

Flow, rediscovery, intuition.
