We love 90s fitness workouts and with Total Body, we dive into that vibe! A workout for the whole body, full of smiles, and motivation, to the beat of the music. This workout is suitable for everyone! For those who want to train their whole body while having fun using equipment or free body.

If it's your first time participating and you don't have the equipment, use two water bottles or two cans of legumes instead of weights, if you don't have sliders use a pair of socks, and if you don't have a small Pilates ball equip yourself with a couch cushion. Elastic bands and simple elastic bands I recommend having them nearby at all times!

If you get thirsty during your workout, you can drink in small sips.
