Sandra

She is also known as someone who talks about the menstrual cycle ALL THE TIME! Sandra's aim is to end the shame around periods and educate people. She has found Pilates as her escape from a very stressful career in fashion and shortly after decided that she wanted to teach herself. She advocates for feeling good in your body instead of looking good in your body. Accepting your body and self for who you are without a need to fit in beauty and diet culture standards.
