She began practising Ashtanga yoga at the age of 18, but it was in 2014 when she began her shamanic apprenticeship that she discovered the practice of Kundalini yoga, which won her over and she has never stopped since.

What do you have for breakfast in the morning?

Mega centrifuge or smoothie and dates.

What is the first thing you do every morning to start your day the best way?

I get out of bed with a happy thought, open the windows, oil pulling, brush my teeth, warm water, each gesture calmly, I sit on my sheepskin with a reflexology pen on my face and my journal.reflexology on my face and my journal.

What would you write on a billboard in the centre of your city?

Be yourself. Shake the World. Go vegan. Find your Truth, the world needs it.

Do you have rituals that help you feel more confident with yourself?

The essentials: mental, physical and spiritual hygiene. Journaling, meditation morning and evening, sweating, laughing, dancing, singing a lot, self-massage and hot baths.

What comes to your mind when you think of the word ‘success’?

Feeling deeply fulfilled, inspired in everything you do.

If you were invited to speak at a conference and you didn't have to talk about your work, what would you talk about?

The new animal and plant species that are appearing on earth? Cooking conscious cooking? Intuitive eating? Reality transurfing?

Is there anything you believe in that other people find crazy?

Ah, endless list. The origin of man from a divine genetic experiment, talking with animals, plants and objects, I believe that God is in everything that has life, that Death is as important a passage as Life as a process and that one must consciously prepare for it.

What human characteristic most appeals to you?

Humanity. The ability to be at heart without disrespecting one's own boundaries. The desire to improve, to help, to create beauty.

Three people you would invite for dinner if you had the chance and why.

My grandfather, Guru Jagat, Gialal al-Din Rumi.

Do you tend to choose courage or comfort?

Courage. That uncomfortable roar that then bears sweet, warm and sincere fruit.

If you could change your job for a day, what would you become?

Garden designer!
