What do you have for breakfast in the morning?

My favourite meal of the day! I have a slice of homemade bread with avocado, extra virgin olive oil, water with lemon juice, fruit juice and double bitter coffee.

What is the first thing you do every morning to start your day the best way?

I put loud music on - I dance and sing in the shower like nobody's watching.

What would you write on a billboard in the centre of your city?

Believe in yourself or nobody will do it for you.

Do you have rituals that help you feel more confident with yourself?

Meditation with mantras and breathing exercises at least 5 minutes a day. If I can't do this in the morning I do it before going to sleep.

What comes to your mind when you think of the word ‘success’?

The word balance immediately comes to mind. I mean balance between relationships, work, friends, family and everything else in our lives. I think success is an introspective work and that comes from within. Determination, self-confidence, honesty (towards yourself and the others), clear goals and a lot of work to keep improving and growing every day.

If you were invited to speak at a conference and you didn't have to talk about your work, what would you talk about?

Mental health and how to cultivate self-love.

Is there anything you believe in that other people find crazy?

Pizza margherita with fries = perfect combo!

What human characteristic most appeals to you?

Kindness. Never too much and always taken for granted.

Three people you would invite for dinner if you had the chance and why.

All-female table - Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey and Lady Gaga.

Do you tend to choose courage or comfort?

Life is too short to have regrets, courage, I’d choose courage and more courage. All the experiences I define to be the most meaningful and happiest in my life are the consequence of risks (small and big) that I have taken over the years. Take a chance and always believe in yourself. When in doubt I refer to this sentence: 'You must make a choice to take a chance or your life will never change'.

If you could change your job for a day, what would you become?

Singer. I am the most tone-deaf person on earth.

Do you have any favourite podcasts? Which ones would you suggest?

Feel Better, Live More by Dr. Rangan Chatterjee.

Describe your practice in three words.

Creative, dynamic and liberating.
