Giada

A volcano of energy, she is a STOTT Pilates teacher. Her practice always leaves you with an infinite sense of gratification. At the end of the 45-minute-training, you have a smile on your face and the day can only begin with determination. Giada builds a beautiful flow that is very activating, tiring at times, with just a few moments to rest. They are useful for building and strengthening muscles. If you want to sweat, have fun and align yourself, she is your teacher!

What do you have for breakfast in the morning?

Bread, butter and jam or yoghurt and biscuits with coffee to give me a boost!

What is the first thing you do every morning to start your day the best way?

I wait for my cats to come to me in bed and let them cuddle me.

What would you write on a billboard in the centre of your city?

YOU CAN, YOU KNOW? (but also CIAOMONDO <3)

Do you have rituals that help you feel more confident with yourself?

I talk to my insecure and vulnerable side as if I were her big sister and list a whole series of reasons why she can make it and must believe in herself.

What comes to your mind when you think of the word ‘success’?

Success is different for everyone: mine is feeling serene and 'at home' in every situation I choose.

If you were invited to speak at a conference and you didn't have to talk about your work, what would you talk about?

I would talk about how much beauty there is within us and we don't realise it. I would talk about pushing people to find their own potential!

Is there anything you believe in that other people find crazy?

Maybe the fact that I was able to turn my passion into my job.

What human characteristic most appeals to you?

Empathy. Those people you may have known for a short time but who say the right thing that embraces your vulnerability.

Do you tend to choose courage or comfort?

I fought against this 'choice' for years, now I feel like answering: I tend to choose courage to be myself, whatever that entails.

If you could change your job for a day, what would you become?

Panda cuddler, can it matter? In reality, I would like to have a shop by the sea selling art objects I create and ceramics.

Do you have any favourite podcasts? Which ones would you suggest?

I go crazy listening to podcasts such as “Il Gorilla ce l'ha piccolo” (The gorilla has it small) about the curiosities of the animal world.
