What do you have for breakfast in the morning?

In the morning just a coffee and maybe a croissant! I am more of a late breakfast/lunch person.

What is the first thing you do every morning to start your day the best way?

I pull my dog Pinot out from under the blanket and cuddle with him.

What would you write on a billboard in the centre of your city?

Let’s do what we love and do a lot of it!

Do you have rituals that help you feel more confident with yourself?

Me-time is the key. I’m getting unconfident when I am disconnected from myself. So I spend some time alone to reconnect again and do things I love: journal, get creative or go for a long walk in nature.

What comes to your mind when you think of the word ‘success’?

Finding and doing something that truly fulfils you in that present moment.

If you were invited to speak at a conference and you didn't have to talk about your work, what would you talk about?

High sensitivity and mindfulness in daily life, because I think these are so important topics that are getting a bit lost in our society but who can bring back so much more awareness into our daily life.

Is there anything you believe in that other people find crazy?

That my dog is literally my son and that I gave birth to him - no one believes me! Or more serious: according to my friends and family I have an unconventional relationship to money. I see it as something that always comes and goes and I don't give it too much importance, whether I have a lot of it or a little at the moment, I don't let it affect me. I see it more as a flowing energy.

What human characteristic most appeals to you?

Empathy. If you feel really seen and understood by someone is the most appealing to me.

Three people you would invite for dinner if you had the chance and why.

Lori Haberkorn, master in astrology and modern mystic, I would love to learn more from her and I think I could listen for hours to her. And probably my two favourite german influencers Lena Lademann and Liberta Haxhikudriu, because they are super funny and inspiring to me when it comes to fashion.

Do you tend to choose courage or comfort?

When it comes to big decisions I always choose courage, because I know the universe has my back and I am protected. So I have the trust that everything will work out in the end. - and if not, you can always go back.

If you could change your job for a day, what would you become?

I would change with Virginie Viard and be the creative director of Chanel for one day.

Do you have any favourite podcasts? Which ones would you suggest?

All the podcasts I am listening to are in German. I have a passion for true crime podcasts, my favourites are: Mordlust, Weird Crimes, Zeit- Verbrechen, Mord auf Ex, Tell me more, and another one that I am waiting every week for because it's too funny, Lena & Liberta.

Describe your practice in three words.

Uniting, true and intuitive.
