Elena was born in Piedmont but it was Milan that offered her the opportunity to approach Yoga in all its forms. The call was too strong to ignore, despite a career in interior design. Her studies in the field of design have allowed her to appreciate the beautiful, the good, the useful and the essential. Yoga was a choice that led Elena to change her life, to dedicate herself completely to the discipline, to deepening her path and helping those who feel they want to align with their purpose in life, the dharma.
